All visits should be completed on the day they are scheduled for. The only reason visits should be delayed are due to rain or ground conditions. It is best to start early in the day in case it rains later in the day.
Lawn visits should be prioritized over clean ups when necessary. If you have mowing visits and clean ups both scheduled on a particular day, we recommend starting with the mowing and then doing the clean ups.
When any visit is delayed by rain we need to prioritize it for completion as soon as possible. When weather permits, start with any lawn delays from the day(s) prior. Visits that have been delayed the longest should be completed first, then move on to your regularly scheduled visits. Next complete today's scheduled lawn visits, then complete any delayed clean ups.
Order of Priority
- Any delayed lawn mowing visits - starting with the most delayed
- Today's scheduled lawn mowing visits
- Any delayed clean up visits - starting with the most delayed
- Today's scheduled clean up visits
