Flagged visits are used to indicate that something in the visit is unusual or not included in the description and comments in the app. You must flag a visit before hitting complete and add appropriate comments on the issue encountered. The more detailed the comments, the better.
The office staff reviews all flagged visits and takes steps accordingly. Examples of flagged visits include overgrown grass, inability to complete service for unavoidable reasons, or excessive debris/pet waste. A resolution to a flagged visit may be a surcharge, or a revisit after contacting the customer.
If we have additional questions about a visit that you flagged we will ask you on GroupMe. If we do not get the required info within 24 hrs of asking the visit will be paid out as is. If you forget to flag a visit, there is nothing we can do to modify it. The visit has already been completed in our system. Comments will not save if the visit is not saved.
