Your orders are your responsibility. If you are unable to service the properties on the required date you must find a way to solve the problem. Send a message to the Yardly Team to notify them as soon as you think you may not complete visits on time.
- The best option is to have someone you know and can rely on to complete the visit(s) for you. You can arrange compensation for them however you would like, but you must let us know. Note: you are still responsible for the quality of their work and any eventualities of service.
- If you need Yardly to find a replacement for you, we can find someone on the platform to pickup the visit(s). Whoever picks up the visits will be paid at the on-demand rate (higher than a usual visit). The fees for this will be deducted from your next pay out next week.
